Color Redo Policy
Your desired color, tone, and level are discussed and approved during your consultation, and your approved color is noted on your consultation sheet.
Color can look different depending on lighting, and new color often looks brighter or deeper than it will after a few washes.
If your color or tone does not match what was approved in your consultation, I will correct it free of charge, one time. To receive a complimentary color redo, please contact me within 7 days of your appointment and come in so it can be assessed in person.
Changing your mind about an approved color is not covered by the complimentary redo and will be billed at regular service rates. Fading caused by heat, sun, chlorine, or products not recommended by me is also not covered.
All services are final sale and no refunds are issued.
Extension Redo and Reinstall Policy
Consultation and placement. Your placement, color, and length are discussed and approved with me during your consultation, before any hair is installed. Once your placement is approved and installed, any changes you would like to make to it will be addressed at your next reinstall appointment.
Complimentary redo. If the color or tone of your extensions does not match what was approved in your consultation, I will correct it free of charge. To receive a complimentary redo, please contact me within 7 days of your appointment.
Reinstall appointments. Extensions are reinstalled every 6 to 12 weeks depending on your hair type. I will recommend your reinstall timeframe based on the strength and condition of your natural hair, and finer or more fragile hair requires reinstalls closer to 6 to 8 weeks. Your reinstall appointment should be booked at the time of your install or before you leave your appointment. Keeping it is part of protecting your natural hair, as extensions left in past the recommended time can cause tangling, matting, and damage.
If your reinstall appointment is pushed past your recommended timeframe, and especially past 12 weeks, additional fees may apply to cover the extra time needed to detangle and remove your extensions.
Keeping your natural hair healthy. I am committed to protecting your natural hair for the length of your reinstall cycle. If a bead slips, a thread unwinds, or anything else feels loose or off, please contact me promptly so it can be fixed at no charge. Leaving it can cause tangling, matting, and damage to your natural hair.
Final sale. Because extensions are custom cut, colored and installed for you, all services are final sale and no refunds are issued.
